Classes and workshops:

Tuesday: 8/15   Naturally Fit: A Guide to Vibrant Health  7 - 9 p.m.
Naturally Fit is a 4-week course in understanding how to use your heart, mind, and spirit in your journey towards optimal health. This class will free you forever from diets. It will inspire you with action steps to become naturally fit, enjoy mealtimes, and do physical activities that you love.

Monday: 8/24 Practitioner Preview Class 7 - 9 p.m.
This class is for anyone interested in exploring the educational pathway to becoming a Licensed Religious Science Practitioner. Rev. Kris will be discussing the prerequisites for entering Professional Practitioner Studies and the process of licensing. No charge.

Sunday: 8/25 Hindu Dinner and Class  6:30 - 10 p.m.
Homemade Hindu food by Swami Ji and Rev. Kris followed by Swami Ji teaching us about Hinduism from the perspective of the great writings and teachings of the Gita, Mahabharata and Yoga. 6:30  p.m. Dinner followed by class until 10 p.m. Co-host Sadhna Dehler, RScP.

Wednesday: 9/6 Seniors, Center on Wellness  7 - 8:45 p.m.
James Kilgore returns with his class on wellness and vibrant living. Enter into a conversation on how to improve your health and insure a positive future, the conversation includes the importance of positive mental, diet, exercise, supplementation, environmental concerns, etc. This 10 week class has a $60 love offering to cover the extensive workbook

Thursday: 9/7 Meditation is More Than You Think 7 - 10 p.m.
This 8 week Centers for Spiritual Living certificated class is a survey course exposing you to a wide variety of meditations, incorporating cultures and practices, which are much older than the The Science f Mind.  Ultimately, it's purpose is to touch different meditation styles in such a way that you can't identify one or more that work best for your personality and lifestyle. This is a prerequisite for Practitioner Studies, and you must have completed the Foundation Class. Facilitated by Martha Bass,  RScP. Books: An Easy Guide to Meditation by Roy Eugene Davis and either of the following: "How To Meditate" by Lawrence Leshan or "Journey of Awakening" by Ram Dass.  Tuition: $270

Tuesday: 9/12 Foundation of Science of Mind  7 - 10 p.m.
Rev. Kris teaches this transformative 10 week exploration of the spiritual concepts of the Science of Mind. Learn principles and tools to apply to the concerns of everyday living that transform your world when applied. This class is certificated by Centers for Spiritual Living and is the prerequisite for all other certificated coursework. Book: "The Science of Mind" by Ernest Holmes. Class workbook is included in $90 fee, along with the SOM weekend on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30.
